Relationships are important and fulfilling to the soul. At the same time, they can be a source of pain and trauma. Sometimes, we take this pain and trauma and use it as a lesson and drive to protect ourselves. Other times, this pain is so life-altering, it can corrupt our functioning, trust and judgement, creating a vicious cycle that may seem to have no end.

Whether it is pain that is connected to your work life, a toxic relationship with a partner, or difficulties connecting with your child or parents, sadly, this pain, trauma and difficulty can create feelings of isolation, sadness and helplessness. This can lead you or a loved one down a path of anxiety, depression, and fear. You wonder if therapy can help you be more connected to yourself and loved ones, manage the stress from work, and better handle the pain that consumes you and your relationships. Don’t give up on yourself. You don’t have to manage and deal with this alone.

As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I will work collaboratively with you to help you accept that your problems don’t define you. On this journey of healing, together we will uncover your strengths. We will not focus on how to fix you, because I don’t believe that you’re broken. You don’t have to numb or hide your pain. You are enough! You are whole! Together, we will uncover your inner strengths to help you effectively manage relational pains, emotional, mental and physical trauma, and the daily stressors of life. I look forward to instilling hope in your journey of healing!
